These terms apply when you browse or buy from Farouk (Farouk Systems Jordan). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our products
We are the Farouk Systems branch in Jordan. The products listed here, including CHI and BioSilk, come from the company itself. We describe and picture every product as accurately as we can.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). The price and any applicable tax are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. You can pay by cash on delivery, or by card where card payment is available. We may update prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Your order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm every order with you before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud, and we will let you know if we do.
Delivery and returns
We deliver across Jordan. Please see our Shipping and Returns pages for details.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Amman.
